Directions: From Lockhart take FM 20 east towards Bastrop for about 4 miles, turn right onto FM 713 and go about 14 miles toward Delhi. Property will be on your left before you get to Hwy. 304. Watch for signs on the fence. If you get to SH 304 (blinking light) you have passed the property.
